All the classes we offer are a great way to build strength and flexibility, de-stress, relax and create mind-body health.

Hatha: This is a general hatha yoga class, focusing on the key postures. The class covers alignment and the breath. It’s great for beginners and those who are more experienced. Beginners will appreciate a clear introduction to the poses. More experienced yogis will appreciate a review of key alignment points to refine your practice.

Vinyasa Flow: This is a ‘flowing class’. The postures are linked together in a sequence and you move continuously with the breath. This class is more active and you’ll definitely get warm! This class is suitable for beginners to more experienced.

Ashtanga: Ashtanga, as set out by K. Pattabhi Jois, is a system if yoga linking breath and movement following a set sequence of postures. The primary series consists of standing and seated postures, which are then followed by a closing sequence. It is a detoxifying practice as the breath generates a deep, internal heat. Some previous experience in yoga is helpful but not necessary.

ABOUT WENDY MOONEY (CoFounder, Director & Teacher)

Wendy comes from “across the pond” and has been in London for three years.  She has left a career in Advertising behind to follow her true passion for practicing and teaching yoga. Wendy has been practicing for 10 years and has experience in Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga.

Wendy’s background as a University athlete instilled in her a sense of focus and strength to teach mindfully and courageously. Wendy is inspired by the transformative and healing powers of yoga, as well as, the ability to strengthen our minds and our bodies through our practice.

Wendy teaches holistically, exploring the need for a sense of balance within the mind, body and soul. She feels that through the use of our breath and movement we can achieve a peaceful and open space within.

Wendy completed her teacher training at Triyoga, one of Europe’s leading yoga centres, under the experienced and inspirational guidance of Susannah Hoffmann and Jeff Phenix.  She has also completed an Intensive Vinyasa Teacher Training under the amazing and transformative guidance of Max Strom.  Both courses are British Wheel of Yoga  accredited and Wendy is a British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance certified teacher.

Daniela first began to practice Yoga in 2006. This very soon developed into a passionate daily practice and into the decision of taking the British Wheel of Yoga accredited teacher training at Triyoga, one of the leading Yoga centres in Europe, studying under the guidance of Susannah Hoffman and Jeff Phenix.

Her classes integrate deep asana with application of precise and safe alignment, correct breathing, flowing sequences and meditation.   This in turn challenges the body, engages the mind, fosters a physical, emotional and mental awareness, while creating an inner sense of peace.  Daniela’s classes are playful and suitable to absolute beginners, as well as, more experienced students.

Daniela is a British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance certified teacher.

Anita is a fully qualified yoga teacher, has been studying yoga since 1996 and comes from a classical dance background.  Her intense passion for yoga drove her to complete a teacher training course with Triyoga, London’s top yoga studio, under the supervision of Susannah Hoffman and Jeff Phenix.  Her teaching style incorporates a focus on alignment, anatomical benefits, flow and creating heat (agni) within the body.  She will encourage you to work your body and rest your mind.  Anita is registered with the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance.  For more information, please contact her on anitasmithyoga@gmail.com.

    • Hi Letizia.

Thanks for your message. We would love for you to join us so come pop in while you can. We only have three weeks left in our studio as we are permanently closing on the 2nd of April. It is sad news but we are being asked to leave the space due to the landlords needs with the space. We are currently looking for a new space so will be in touch with our yoga community once we have found our new home.

      light and love, Wendy
